Sports and Athletics

Definitely a passion. I love photographing sports. It's funny, sports I do not care to watch on TV, I can really get into photographing them. First time I ever shot motorcycle racing was at Road Atlanta well into my career. It took me a few days to really get up to speed on getting it right, no pun intended. Football, basketball, baseball all good, many years in capturing those. Another sport, hockey and lacrosse were new to me and like others, there is a ramping up period to get it right.

In sports it is a matter of technique and eye control. I've been lucky to have know folks with experience and to receive their council.
